Description:
This course introduces learners to basic Japanese language and culture. No previous knowledge of Japanese language is required.
On the completion of the course, the participants of the course will be able to:
- Use basic expressions such as greetings and simple self-introduction
- Write their names in Japanese
- Recognise some aspects of Japanese people and culture such as manners and customs
- Understand more about pathways for further study and how learning Japanese could enhance your career opportunities

Group 2: Wednesday 4.00 - 5.00pm - Starting 17th January
Additional Requirements:
Although the participants don’t need to buy any textbooks, each participant is required to enrol the free online Japanese language course “Marugoto Katsudo and Rikai A1-1 Self-study course” on eLearning Minato (https://minato-jf.jp/Home/Index). We will use the online course as an alternative to a paper textbook.
